Shipping policy

We ship all orders Monday through Wednesday. Due to our limited staff and the particular logistics of the items you may order, it may take 1-3 business days for the order to process prior to shipment. Any orders placed between 12 PM Wednesday through the end of the weekend will be fulfilled on the next available shipping day.

We ship all perishable items through UPS Overnight Shipping and Ground shipping within 100 miles of Los Angeles. This means that once your order is shipped, it should arrive within 24 hours if it contains perishable items. Please know that we are ultimately at the mercy of UPS, and UPS can sometimes be delayed a day or two.  We add enough ice to withstand travel for 2 days.

Orders from Huitla are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If unforeseen delays cause your shipment to be delayed to the point that any products perish, please contact carolina@huitla.com and we will work to resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.
